Needlefelting Workshops

Come and try this exciting new felting technique! Just gather together 4-6 crafty friends and spend an afternoon (or morning) at Jaynes studio in Gloucestershire. The workshops will not only cover the basic principles of hand needlefelting but each student will have their very own Pfaff 350 embellisher machine to play with for the day! These machines look very much like a standard sewing machine except there are five barbed needles instead of thread and a bobbin. The needles mesh fibres together creating fantastic opportunities for appliques, embellishments and feltmaking. The technique is incredibly simple and suitable for complete beginners and competant crafters alike.

£20 per person, all materials and equipment will be provided.
